Too late for that.  Most that get bought out early so they can be shut down are done way before this point.

If they do get bought out, expect Siemans, GE, or some other large electrical corp. to snap them up.

I'd love to have a large unit in my backyard.  Power my house and then sell back to the grid all that I don't use.  Damn thing will pay for itself in a couple years.
