press and hold the clear/white "tv" button until all the top lights flash
press the up cursor (with the tv on of course) one at a time until the tv shuts off
press #, the tv button will flash 3 times
verify by pressing the red "tv" button
If you have passed the code just repeat the above process, however press the DOWN arrow once then press # again and you should have "backed up" to your code.
