The father of the child is currently earning over 100K.  Bristol has her own foundation.  The father of the child is asking the courts to take part of his child support payment and put it towards healthcare.  The Palins say the baby doesn't need another health plan, because th baby has is already covered by a free government plan. If I recall correctly, Palin still listed Bristol as dependent on her tax return.
