No, you're wrong.  Levi Johnston is Bristol Palin's babys daddy. Bristol is Sarah Palin's daughter.  Bristol's baby is not disabled.  Sarah Palin's youngest child is disabled.  Levi wanted $300 of his monthly child support paymet to go towards the childs healthcare insurance.  In the petition made by Palin's attorney, they state the child is already covered by a public plan and therefore allocating $300 of his child support payment to healthcare is not needed.
