Hell down here they still give out prison sentences for it; Someone gets busted with a roach in their pick-up, the police automatically think they are a member of the Dixie Drug Cartel or some other retarded shit. Man, if someone wants to smoke, big fuckin' deal: As long as it isn't during working hours, what does it fuckin' matter. Hell, personally, I'd rather be in a vehicle with someone that just burned a phatty one of some KB, than just finished getting drunk.
