The definition of a boss..

One day the Brain and Mouth were working and the Brain said to the Mouth. "I should be the Boss of this operation, because I do all the thinking and figuring." The Mouth got a little pissed and said, "I should be the Boss, because I  provide you with what you need to do your job."  Well, as you can imagine all this started a full blown arguement. The Asshole kept trying to interrupt and get a few words in, but because of the arguing between the Mouth and Brain, he couldn't get one word in. So he just shut his mouth; Well, after awhile, the mouth couldn't put anymore food or water into the operation because the site was getting full; The Brain started to get foggy and slow because all the shit was backing up on the site, so the whole operation came to a standstill.  Which goes to prove. You don't have to be a Brain or a Mouth to be a Boss; Just an Asshole.
