Yes your right, the contracts that these Satellite and Cable companies hand out to anyone aren't set up to let you run your business correctly. Other types of businesses you can negotiate pricing and actually run it like a true business were you can dictate your work load and you're not at their mercy. These contracts are the most 1 sided contracts I have ever seen.
But I think it's funny to see these ad's "no experience necessary, will train" "you will be 1099" true independent contractors are suppose to have experience and not need to be trained
