Since it's the 1st active out, a rough guess would be to hook up to the tap (more than likely a 23db tap) at the active, run docsis and pad the return until you have 18db over the 23 value. You should read 40-41 on your meter. This is by no means the proper procedure but it will at least get you in the ball park until you can be trained on how to sweep the plant the right way.
