Ruben was a contractor for the company I was a construction manager for down there and this is just within the last few months. I know they are all a good group of guys, from what I understand they pay on time and it is always right. If it were me, I wouldnt have a problem working for him. He does what he says he is going to do for his guys. Hell you talk to him tell him the white boy said hi..
