All post's are correct to a point, but the manager/owner/HR of the HSP or DTV if OO has the final say, alot of times they will use credit/background as an excuse, some times you can have 20 misdemeanors and still get in
Felony of anykind is not allowed, unless you can get a judge to dismiss it, which is nearly impossible, but can happen.
