Upstream SNR issues near the EOL being caused by a bad span at the beginning of a run? I'm still learning the ropes and I've only run into a couple of these so far but it seems like I have no issues off the first couple actives. All the problems are seen from actives 4 through 6. Common?
Has anybody seen this?
