The print tombstone should be close if not right on, when you get to know your gear you will know the variations. It Could be perfect,could be existing prob,could be eng error, could be equipt.,make sure your test equipt. is properly calibrated. never swear to it. And remember some other dipshit could/will come right behind you and blame you. Document everything. pda,laptop,smartphone,etc... Record your readings/graphs/video images and be all you can be..
