I think we can safely say that he is asking questions and didn't come here to be criticized for any lack of knowledge. We didn't know everything. We don't know his circumstance therefore we should not be criticizing him. he knows enough to ask what he doesn't know. How about we give him a break and help like we would want if the shoe were on the other foot.
