The IRS is just the messenger. This guy had unreported income...the IRS enforced the law.

The IRS collects money from all of us so our elected officials can kick ass around the world. Where do you think the money for the aircraft carriers comes from?
They can also collect money for an antiaircraft battery on every government building in Christendom...so don't try anything.
