Mine was a class A misdemeanor. I basically through somebody out of my home when I told them to leave and they didn't. I am not going to say that everybody deserves this. There is a few that really do. Just like the gentleman that got a charge 20 some years ago and it is biting him in the ass. Is that fair to him? Plus he has been clean ever since. Does that justified to fire somebody or not hire them? I know its different on a case by case. That should be looked at. Not just because somebody got a charge. Now if somebody has a 4 page rap sheet, then there is concern.
