Reminds me of the time when a person I know had the gold input fitting brake off (hex nut still there)from his SD-4040 and he sent it to wavetek for repairs
cost him $750.00 then one day we were working together and I had some radical readings coming from my 4040 and I unscrewed the barrell fitting
from it and replaced it with a new one, he looked at me and knew he was screwed by wavetek
