Wise Owl is the new company that Jerry Wise the current owner of JP&D started, Directv is taking JP&D O&O, so i guess that Jerry started a new company so he could keep getting a pay check, Jerry is a good guy but you will have to make your own decision on working for them, do some reasearch on JP&D and you will know what your getting into good luck.
