Hacks are complaining about prices and stuff, well maybe they sould look at the other side? they say "you get what you pay for" well how about you get paid for the quality of work you do? As far as the pothead thing, I do know a few potheads that are actually smarter when they are high and to be frank, these are some of the best techs I've seen in my 15 years...
