The company I just resigned from pays overtime they supply the truck and fuel you supply your own tools and you can work 7 days if you want to
It is in PA if you are working more than 40 hours and you are a W-2 employee in ANY state in the country you have to be paid OT even if it it minimum wage they all pay peirce work but they are all required to pay OT so save your paperwork and pays tubs because they will have to make good on all of the unpaid OT.
I have 4 years of paperwork and falsified time sheets that I am going to turn over to the labor board so I can get all of my back pay now that I am not with them any longer
