You make mention of being an "employee" and you make mention of being an "Independant Sub" you need to be much more clearer on what you are asking as well as what your actuall classification is
Employee=W-2 taxes taken from your gross income
Independant Contractor/sub=1099 tax form as well as having insurance and comp insurance
Please be more specific on what you want to know
