Now that could be called "wrongful termination." IF the company has changed their policy and is now firing ALL employees with any criminal background that is one thing. IF they are only hitting you, that may be "actionable"--ask a lawyer.
You would expect that they would allow years of lawful living and acceptable work history to count for something.
