If it happened 21 years ago and you been clean ever since.  That is discrinination.  I dont know if its a law suit.  You should be able to get unemployment off of it at least.  I can understand if somebody got a rap sheet 4 pages long.  But a person got one charge in their entire life from a bad day.  Come on.  Lets get real here.  Does that mean that they are a terrible employee and looking for trouble?
