Actually, if you know how to handle money wisely, working inhouse is not a bad thing. I mean, lets be realistic here. The only advantage to contracting is that taxes are not taken out. But by the time it is all said and done, on average, the two pay similarly. Of course with contracting you make your own hours, work when you want and answer only to yourself. NOT! Everyone of you 'contractors' are nothing more than employees (cable & satellite) who got suckered into paying to work so someone else can get rich. Any of you 'contractors' come and go as you please and you'll find you have no 'contract' anymore. If you do damage at someones house, not only do NOT have only yourself to answer to, but you have the prime AND the MSO to answer to, not to mention the customer themselves.
