You know what, I dont see why they dont.  It would be cheaper for them to do it that way and the techs would make more money.  There is no way that they wouldnt.  Even if they had to hire a couple of extra people it would work out in thier favor.  I mean you hire a contracting company, they have to pay people and get a warehouse.
