I have suggestions on how to change business as usual!
1) Even those workers who feel they are well informed probably aren't, the less you know the more you are exploited.
2) You don't need to stand together with a bunch of people one man or two can make a huge difference, read employment laws and basic economics. Or ask smart people who can school you on the basics about these subjects.
3) Workers should stop misinforming each other. A lot of what we think is right is just plain ignorant and no wonder you are exploited as a worker if you believe you have no rights.
I don'y mind sharing knowledge.
