It is definitely too bad the way it has become. I havent been doing this for a long long time. But I started about 10 years ago and I thought it was the best thing in the world. Get paid by the job. Work hard and quickly and make good money. As the years went by it seemed to just go down hill all the time. Always bad news, never good news. Pay cuts, more insurance requirements, etc..
