No its not discrimination.  It was something you done and not something you couldnt "help".  They cant have child molesters working in day cares.  They cant have thieves going into customers houses.  You dont want to hire a money launderer to run a bank.  If you like to whoop a lot of ass then a boss is not gonna want to be your boss. This type of thing could hurt the business and its reputation.
