Find a good company and go inhouse. I was a contractor for about 7 years. Then, about 3 years ago when things started going not so well. I went inhouse. Would not change it for anything. Great pay, training, no expenses, and lots of good perks. No money out of my pocket what so ever. And pretty much for the 3 years I have been with them its been unlimited overtime. Peace.
