Its called OPP, other peoples plant. used to work as a coax splicer, I know what you mean it's like what the fu@k..... backwards taps, sideways spliiters, expansion loops formed with a hard had, uneven dog legs, amps that should have had the mod flipped, drops x'ing property (too lazy to do a mid-span) I have it (OPP) too even though I work phone now.
