As an employer, I will tell you that they cannot charge you for issuing your paycheck. I pay a service company to cut checks, but that's an operating cost I eat. I'd move on if I were you. As for the uniform, do you get a new one each week? You can buy a uniform for way cheaper than they are charging you, they should give you that option. But doublecheck with them, it might be an oversight that hasn't been noticed. if you don't speak up to your employer, you'll never know....
