Re: Independant Contractor? Read This

This has been going on for a long time. The companies that have been around have found loop holes, the new contractors will learn. Then when the contractor gets slaps with paying back taxes on an independent contractor for treating them as an employee they will claim BK. Then another company will come in.....well you get the point..
