A "professional" who is taking money from someone is supposed to be in a position to know more than the dimwit customer. Damn right they should be sued if they do something that stupid. My family drives on the same roads as everyone else. Responsibility should go all around.
It's easy to define what you're willing to fight for; but what are you willing to stand for without fighting? What are you willing to lay down your life for?
