I see you as the sheep because you are unwilling to see that this country is in dire need of change. You are so used to being led by the blind that you have your mind closed to everything else. Instead of digging for the truth, you will take any Republican's response as gospel.
We can't continue down the path that we are on now. The days of giving tax breaks to the rich are over. The days of giving big business tax breaks so that they can move jobs overseas are over. The days of giving oil companies tax breaks while they have huge multi-billion dollar profits are over.
The tea party movement started off on the right path. It was a mixture of Democrats, Independents, and Republicans. They were tired of all of the spending. They wanted their voice to be heard. Take a really good look at it now. Republicans have pretty much gained control over the movement and sent it straight to hell. It is wrought with corruption and people wanting to push their own agenda. They were charging $563 just to walk in the door at the last convention. A keynote speaker that charged a $100,000 dollar speaking fee. The same keynote speaker that 72% of americans when polled, believed that she was not qualified to run for President, or not qualified for Vice President.
Whether you are Republican, Democrat, or Independent, you should be horrified at the state of our country. Democrats and Republicans both had a hand in what was done to our country. It is time to move past the bickering and finger pointing and set out to right our great country. Given time, I believe that Obama along with Congress, can get this accomplished. If by chance he doesn't, then come election time, we as americans need to act. The same with Congress, if they don't act, they need to be replaced.
