Years ago that happend to me. I already had another job lined up and they wanted me to start asap,I only gave the 2 week notice as a courtesy and they acted like assholes. didn't matter to me. As far as your pay, if they let you go,there is a time line for them to pay you in full. Some states it's 48 hrs.
God is great, beer is good, and people are crazy.
