If they have black listed you, you won't be able to go back to work for them, and DTV will not issue you a tech number if you go with a different company for up to 60 days, best bet is to find a local retailer, or try Dish network, (they pay better anyway)
Never argue with idiots, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience
