Bullshit. I don't give a rat's ass whose name is stenciled on the "lock Box". If its attached to the cx. home and they want me to use it, I use it. Most home owners pay the builder in some way, shape, or form to install the cables. And if you have to run them, it don't matter, they become the cx. property. I've worked for cable and satellite and have been screwed on both ends. Both industries suck the big one. A little common sense will get you a long way.
