Yes. I believe this is something we all could agree. This is something that tragically happens more than one could know and needs some oversight. With that said, do you honestly think that giving that control to some dumb ass beaurocrat in d.c. or wherever the same power with no recourse is good?.. meaning, the gov. cannot be sued. Where would the justice be then? hmmmm.
