You don't have to be a modern harvard constitutional scholar to interpret the constitution. You simply need to be able to read it. Study it, and also read and study those useless documents you mentioned. The DOI, The Federalist papers etc. Also have a reasonable understanding of real undistorted history. This will give any unbiased individual the "intent" of our Constitution. However, to subvert it you need only be a drug using narcissistic,egotistical harvard grad. With a sold out congress.
Yes, you are correct in that there are checks and balances. Why don't you enlighten us as to how that works.. I already know but since you always have such interesting answers I beg your indulgence.
