Now, Sen. Shelby from Alabama (R) has essentially put a hold on all POTUS appointees. He is fillibustering until he gets certain earmarks for his state. Also, the GOP is resisting participation in a televised HC debated.
The Dems should take Palin's advice on bi-partisanship. If it ain't there, it ain't there.......
