There is no company that goes "O&O".  DTV comes in and buys out the HSP.  DTV keeps the current staff until the figure out who is worth their salt and who is worthless.  The first 3 months or so there is alot ofchange, but after that everything seems to be good.  All my friends that have made the transition love it.  Better benefits, but usually about the same pay.  Plus training and information flow is better because of less layers to flow through.  Eventually most of the U.S. will be O&O if not all.
