I am trying to figure out why in the heck this modem I installed keeps flapping
New Drop, and New outlet so far. Levels are good. Line Tech checked everything outside and said its all good.
Arris Voice Port is in line, though that does not flap.

Down to modem swap(brand new out of surfboard box) or swapping the VP.
Any Ideas. I am thinking the output on the vp is causing the flapping.
