Its industry wide. It worst off with the installers though. You got primes that will underbid everyone in construction and then put a bunch of hacks out there to do the job. The problem with installers is that you can be very easily replaced. There is always an 18 year old that wants to make big money and it takes awhile before they know they are being screwed.
