most of the time, the guy that designs those prints have exactly ZERO field experience and cant comprehend that life outside their office is very different than behind that CAD program...   we have to deal with aall sorts of variables even on new build such as kinked cable, differing cable lengths, and on top of that the equipment is the biggest variable of it all...  set 3 or 4 amps up at the same location and even when they are stuffed exactly the same you wont always get the same levels.  just my 2 cents worth - course my opinion is barely worth a half a cent
