This is what happens when you bail out failing or irresponsible companies. These banks and GM and others were able to privitize their profits when times were good and when their bussiness went south through ineptness and greed they were allowed to socialize their losses! We should have been in the streets with our pitchforks. This is an old trick that has been done before and probably will be done again thats why come election time we need to vote out every member who voted against the will of the people for the bailouts, become an educated voter.
Privitizing the profits and socializing the losses is having liscense to steal what a scam we've been sheared like the sheep we are.

When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank.
