Find the money first. Find the names of all corporation owners.....figure out how they violated corporate operations to take your money or all you can get is what the corporation owns. You may have to "discover" ...... a lawyer will know...where the money is.
When you find the money...file the suite.....as the judge to freeze their money...pay you for collections...pay you interest until paid.
Get a lawyer and run all this past him. Examine the possibility of putting a lien on installations to recover mechanic services and materials...different in each state.
