Sounds like a broken spring or a frozen piston on your holding valve on the extend-retract cylinder, does it lift,lower,rotate ok??
when you pust the buttons do you hear a drag on the pto,onan or pump
stand in the bucket does it lift you, It could be as simple as the bypass valve not giving you the 1800 psi to the control block
