Why dont you just read the budget that was proposed.Tell us where you see raising taxes on anyone besides the top tax bracket is proposed. Obama has proposed, both verbally and on paper, to make the Bush Tax Cuts permanent, with the exception for those earning 250K (AGI) or more. He will simply allow those cuts to expire. Elimination of Capital gains tax on small businesses and extending those payroll tax cuts, which your better half noticed had expired at beginning of the year, are also in his budget proposal.
I go straight to the source. Don't need Reuters or anyone else to school me on things that are PUBLIC.
