Great Advice Gary! My 2 cents for what it's worth is simple. I really have found this to be true 98% of the time. The grass is not greener on the other side. If you have been with a company for 5 yrs. you know what you have good or bad. The cable industry is a whores industry! People will say anything to get you there and then within a couple of weeks bye-bye no need for you anymore!
