You should.....but you won't. As a contractor it is your choice to accept or refuse work. However we all know the little tricks of refuse work don't work a week that the sorry managers use.
No one ever said you coudn't contact your late appts and try to get them earlier. Think outside the box a little bit. Most customers will gladly let the "always late cable guy" come early.
