Please share the article.  Also please tell us what power the white house has to tell someone to remove an article down from a website. Hell, the article is so bogus, a child could read the article and then read Obama's budget and see the article was wrong. Why on earth would you believe someone over Reuters??? Even if by some weird chance the white house ordered them to take it down, how would someone outside of reuters know.
